Training Programme
The following programme should be used as a guideline only, each person's training requirements vary due to time constraints, fitness and motivation.
The most important aspect about training is to enjoy it!! If you don't like training by yourself, talk a friend into coming along.
Remember to include a proper stretching programme into your training to prevent injuries!
